	ASSESMENTS
	SEMEX Plastics Machinery Limited is appointed by the Justice Department of Denmark as a specialist for the plastics industry. Assesments is done in some of the following situations: Trade of business, succession planning, refinancing and bankruptcy proceedings. Assessments always contain a full description of production equipment and may include assessments of the goodwill and values of molds / products. Assessments are always done on-site (we have to inspect the equipment). Thereby we ensure that the correct value is always set precisely. Assessments are mostly carried out in a week, from first visit to final report.


	SUCCESSION
	We advise on queries relating to succession in firms. There may be many difficult humps to get over, in connection with the shift and we can come up with concrete responses and proposed solutions. All our knowledge in this field is based on years of contact with companies facing this task, but also on our own experience.


	SELLING YOUR BUSINESS
	If you are selling your business, we can arrange the sale for you. We reach both national and international markets and have a large network of potential buyers. If you're only interested in selling production equipment, we are able to take care of this as well.


	CONSULTANCY
	We help your business planning for production expansion, redeployment, automation and other sweeping changes. We can act as a sparring partner in the design phase, we can implement projects and provide management of suppliers mm.


	PROJECT MANAGEMENT
	We carry out project work, where we stand by your side from the first preliminary studies, through inviting tenders from suppliers, and to the execution of the finished project. If you are using components from several suppliers, we ensure that supplies are respected and that the components communicate together in the most optimal way.
